2018 Ford EcoSport Exterior and Interior
The Ford EcoSport 2018 features the identical style and front-end shapes as the bigger Escape and Edge, with the trapezoidal grille that adorns just about everything else in the Ford lineup from the Focus to the Mustang. The rest of the EcoSport, from the A-pillar back, looks like a standard “one box” design, with blacked-out wraparound rear glass and an upswept beltline that looks a lot like a Buick Encore. Four-trim choices can be available: S, SE, SES and Titanium, with the SES designated as the sporty trim with unique styling elements. All models of 2018 Ford EcoSport will feature a swing gate instead of a standard upward opening hatch, hinged on the left side to allow for easier curb loading. And also ten color choices can be available for exterior.
Inside the cabin, 2018 Ford EcoSport will feature a full range of Fords latest technologies. The new B&O Play audio system that features 10-speakers and 675-watts of power will be made standard on EcoSport Titanium. Acoustic engineers from Harman helped build this new sound system which can contribute to the wonderful driving experience. In other versions, the new car have dual FM radio antenna and HD Radio technology which is installed into SYNC 3 communications, SiriusXM satellite radio and entertainment system. Both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are offered with the Eight-inch infotainment system. 2018 Ford EcoSport exterior and interior.
Ford EcoSport 2018 Engine Specs
The 2018 Ford EcoSport might be offered with two powertrains; 1.0 liter turbocharged EcoBoost inline-three engine paired with front-wheel drive and a naturally aspirated 2.0 liter 4-cylinder with all-wheel drive. Both powertrains feature 6-speed automatic transmission. Neither engine has been mated to this transmission before, so Ford isn’t ready to announce final output figures until closer to launch, but we can likely expect somewhere around 120-horsepower and 125 lb-ft of-torque for the 1.0 liter model and 140-horsepower and 140 lb-ft for 2.0 liter versions.
